Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved local banks and e-wallets only.
All players are bound by vox88's fair play standards. Fraud, collusion, and abuse of bonuses will result in permanent account closure.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and vox88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the vox88 platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

Age Restriction: vox88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify a Player's date of birth. Accounts belonging to underage players will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be withheld.
3.1 To access betting and gaming services on vox88, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.
3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, parallel, or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited. If vox88 determines that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). vox88 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
3.4 You must notify vox88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.
3.5 Account registration and use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale, or exploitation of the Platform for business purposes is prohibited without express written consent from vox88.
4.1 vox88 operates under anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Before processing a Player's first withdrawal — and at any other time we deem appropriate — we may require the Player to submit identity verification documents.

5.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods officially supported by vox88. Currently accepted methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. vox88 reserves the right to reverse or forfeit funds transferred from third-party sources.
5.4 vox88 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which remain your responsibility.
5.5 Deposit funds will be credited to your Account balance once payment confirmation is received from the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, contact support with your transaction reference number for manual verification.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, vox88 may request alternative bank account details in the Player's own name.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and internal review.
6.3 First-time withdrawals will require full KYC verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional checks at vox88's discretion.
6.4 vox88 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.5 Players are responsible for any bank charges or transfer fees imposed by their receiving financial institution. vox88 does not deduct processing fees from withdrawal amounts under normal circumstances.
7.1 vox88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum 10x wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 500,000 must generate Rp 5,000,000 in total wagers across qualifying games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
7.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
7.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
7.5 Abuse of bonuses — including, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, wagering at low-risk to meet requirements, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. vox88 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, and to close the Player's Account.
7.6 vox88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 By placing a bet or initiating a game on vox88, you confirm that you are placing the wager voluntarily and with full understanding of the stake and potential outcomes.
8.2 All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIBA for basketball). vox88 reserves the right to void bets where events are abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds, vox88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known error will not be paid.
8.4 Live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. In-play odds may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension will stand unless covered by clause 8.3.
8.5 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session result.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action:

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vox88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 vox88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary service interruptions. vox88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
11.3 Gambling involves financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and that vox88 cannot be held responsible for gambling losses incurred during normal Platform use.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits vox88's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting vox88 support. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your registered payment method after completing applicable KYC checks.
12.2 vox88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
12.3 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, vox88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances will be reviewed and returned where no evidence of prohibited conduct is found.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. vox88 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through vox88's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.
13.3 vox88 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. Where resolution is not achieved, alternative dispute resolution options may be available as directed by the applicable licensing authority.
14.1 vox88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active players via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The effective date of the latest version is displayed at the top of this page.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
